It’s been an exciting few months of development on nearly every lot at La Vista City Centre. We’ve organized all of the activity from the first quarter of the year and will share updates with you throughout construction. Construction
Vivere Apartments’ Lakeside Building, the northernmost building to finish construction at La Vista City Centre, is now open! Housing 220 units across six stories, Vivere Lakeside connects via Skybridge to Vivere Cityside, uniting the apartment community’s 377 units. In addition to the residential space, Vivere Lakeside also has 11,800 square feet of premium retail or office space with views of the lake available.

Construction on The Astro, a one-of-a-kind indoor/outdoor concert venue accommodating up to a combined 7,400 people, is set to begin in June. Taking around 15 months to complete, The Astro and its operators 1% Productions and Mammoth Live plan to begin hosting a wide variety of concerts in Summer 2022.

Across the street from The Astro sits Building 10, a two-story 50,800 square foot building on Main Street, adjacent to Vivere Apartments Cityside. The first floor will feature entertainment, dining, and retail, while the second floor will be occupied by office tenants and include an event space. Construction began last fall and is expected to be complete by winter of this year, with the first round of tenants set to open in early 2022

The recently completed Building 5 will soon be the new home of Chili’s, filling a 4,600 square foot bay in the 11,200 square foot building. Chili’s is expected to be open in this new location by late summer of this year.

Community
Vivere Apartments opened their new leasing office in the Vivere Lakeside building. Inside the recently finished lobby, the leasing office is eager to provide information and tours on all available units. Now that Vivere’s Lakeside and Cityside buildings are both open, the apartment community has grown to 377 units.

In early 2021, Starbucks opened a 2,000 square foot coffee shop just off 84th St.

In addition to Starbuck’s, Heights Draft Room, a locally-owned draft room with a wide variety of beers on tap, is open on the ground level of the Vivere Cityside building on Main St.
